Star Services has secured over £7 million of MEP orders in their third quarter across all sectors.
The work secured includes the following projects:
A large extension to the existing facility at Bovington Tank Museum with a value of £600,000.
The creation of a completely new fire station facility with a value of £1 million in Fordbridge.
Stockwood Alms House for Bristol Charities which will provide an ‘extra-care’ facility for older people with 60 self- contained flats along with associated communal facilities. The value of this project is £1.3 million.
An exciting project in Wilton, Wiltshire which is the creation of regeneration and development specialists Our Enterprise, who are working alongside Redrow Homes and planning consultants Terence O’Rourke. This will be the first major housing development built with returning military personnel in mind. The value of this work is in excess of £900,000.
We have been selected as the preferred contractor to install the M & E installations in a new 420 place Primary School in Fugglestone Red, Salisbury. This has a value of £600,000.
The transformation of sporting facilities at the Bordon and Oakhanger Sports Club (BOSC) which will include a new pavilion, improved tennis courts, petanque (boules) courts and a bowling green alongside reseeded sports pitches. The existing sports pavilion will be replaced with a new, larger building which will be two storeys high to allow for additional function rooms on the upper floor in order to increase the versatility of the space. This has a value of £300,000.
Crown House, Wokingham is the conversion of an existing office building into 24 residential units and associated infrastructure with a value of £270,000.
Abbey House in Bracknell is the conversion of an office building into 41 residential units and associated infrastructure. The value of this work is £450,000.
